Delivery in Switzerland
Orders are shipped with Swiss Post. Shipping costs are shown before payment. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery in Europe
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Orders may be delivered duty unpaid: any customs duties and import taxes remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking and delays
When tracking is available, it is sent by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Returns
Before returning an item, contact info@carnetnumero.ch within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Personalised products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
